I would hereby like to compliment Mancosa on the speedy response and listening to me as a new student after Lodge a negative review on the services i received from the call centre agents . I think stating your case with facts can teach us all to learn on our interactions with each other and we need to listen more , and not just referring to policies and procedures without diverting and causing financial losses to both parties and also not affecting businesses reputation .WELL DONE MANCOSA
