Website freezing and Unnecessary Costs

Had an issue previously and thank god for the student advisor Mr Govender that assisted me . I express immense gratitude to him

But why does the website freeze and the page does not reload ? I’m so frustrated because I’m one quiz away from graduating passed every other module with a distinction . I hope mancosa can assist I feel like it’s ridiculous to pay R4000 to repeat an entire module over a quiz
