We need more Jenice Poisson's in the world

I am in my 3rd year with Mancosa and these 5 stars are for Jenice Poisson, who has been nothing but helpful and efficient and I am so grateful to have her as my student consultant this year.

She has had quick responses and turnaround times. She leaves nothing unchecked with me and ensures that the process is complete without me having to follow up. Lastly, she keeps me informed of progress and time frames to be expected and ensures I am informed of what will happen next.

In light of Mancosa themselves, they have made improvements and innovations since we started, but now with Covid and classes being held online, we are limited to one lecturer per subject, when we were going to classes there were always two lecturers as the classes couldn't hold all of us. So you could choose which you preferred.

With the online, we get one lecturer and if that person doesn't explain in the manner you prefer or understand. You are left with a problem. If they could have two lecturers again for online classes, then I think they would have happier students. They can still put up both lectures on the portal for students to access as additional resources.
