WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND INTELLECT

I'm starting to think that MANCOSA will not take any of seriously until there is some action taken against them.

How many times must one call and ask for a simple answer? I really would like to see how any of my complaints will be attended to. The next time I receive a call I would like for my demands to be answered and catered for in full as I have expressed on the phone before.

Bear in mind that I have screenshot-ed all interactions as evidence of our interactions. As you have done before (Mancosa), call me when you see this.
