Waiver Request and 2nd Year Registration

Doing BCOM SCM through the institution. Started Jan 2020. Had to redo 2 Subjects Economics 1B and Financial Reporting and Analysis. The issue was that I was unable to Submit my Exam for Financial Reporting and Analysis due to my commencement of Exam after 2 hours from start time as the app for authentication did not work and I was unable to download the exam question paper and answer book. It was waivered in order to redo it. I had to write exam and my grandads funeral was on the very day I had to write the exam. Apply for Aegrotat pay R350 and get a letter of approval. While checking on the portal, I realize that the exam is not scheduled on the portal and call them a day before exam and ask why it's not allocated for me to do the exam. I'm told that the funeral pamphlet was not sufficient to submit the death Certificate for my grandad. Which I then do and I'm told it will be resolved to write exam the next day. I mail and call and log queries the next day as I again cannot access the exam for upto an hour. Which was crucial as I could not complete all the questions. I request a full waiver as I registered 2nd year and not getting a response from Nasrin Bobota as I directly mailed her as she just wants to give me A 10% Discount of the module fee. Even though I explained this is the exact issue with the same module they want me to do for a third time. I get mailed by the Student Rep Jenice Poisson to refrain from mailing management as she is liaising on my behalf with management. If I had the peace of mind that the most was being done for me I would refrain from mailing. I'm dissatisfied with the service. how I'm being messed around and not being responded to. I don't feel Valued.
