Very unhappy and disgruntled BCOM Honours student!!!!!

I am highly disappointed. It actually saddens me that I have to go as far as here to make a statement.

I had outstanding school fees for 2018, I was advised that I am not able to re-register until I have these fees up to date, fine, that is mostly understandable. I made the outstanding payment of R20 000 plus. Payments were received by the finance team. I was financially cleared. Upon all of this, I am following up on what is to come, mind you, NO ONE is even helping me, I have to follow up myself. I "re-register" after some back and forth. ONLY later am I told that I ALSO had to pay registration fees of R5000 something, this was mid-month. I specifically told a lady by the name of Thandeka Mthimkulu that I cannot meet the Friday deadline, I said I could make payment on the 25th, which in this case was a Monday. She mentioned she will make a note. Side note - I have forwarded my email thread with her to ********** I made the payment, yes in drips and drabs but by EOD Monday, I had made the total EFT of the full required registration fee. I forwarded this to Natalie Pillay ( MY GOODNESS, she has no customer service whatsoever) till today she is "coming back to me with feedback from her finance" I sent her various POPs which the so called finance department had also previously accepted. Till today, she has not responded. I have emailed her and Thandeka, luckily, Thandeka was kind enough to respond saying, each student gets allocated a registration person and an accounts person. Then God knows what happened, because all of a sudden Natalie says she was "waiting on finance." I am STILL "waiting on her so called feedback." I have tweeted, emailed and I am being completely ignored. Today I call in, speak to someone who tells me registration was closed. WHY WOULD I MAKE A PAYMENT IF REGISTRATION WAS CLOSED. I have emails saying I can make payment on the 25th. I am now sitting here, with no study material, as far as I know, assignments were due on the 4th of April.

ALL I want is to finish my remaining three modules and get on with my studies!!!!!! I need feedback and my material. I honestly thought otherwise of you as an institution and completely ignored the otherwise advise. But all I want is to continue my studies and move on with my life, is that so hard to do? You can't be doing this to someone!! On top of it all, this is second semester modules I am enrolled for, but because I was told I can complete them in first semester I jumped at the chance, but look I am now.
