Very poor student services.

I was always under the impression that Mancosa was a prestigious institution but boy was I wrong. The PGCE program is okay with regards to content etc. But the student services is putrid. We tried for months to get in contact with them and eventually when one does get in contact with them, then they are so unhelpful. They do not respond to follow ups. My wife passed all the courses but did not graduate and nobody can tell us why. The rest of the class graduated in Oct 2021. Fees are fully paid up since the beginning of the course. I cannot recommend this institution due to our bad experience. What does one do?? Did we just waste R30k? Are these people ever going to get in touch with us? My wife is half depressed about this. Actually got distinctions for every module - all in vain.
