Very poor communication

I app**** for the MBA program last year October. I submitted all the documents and heard nothing. My student advisor was not very responsive and when she eventually responded she asked for documents I already send. I kept following up but got no response. Its 6 months later and i still have not had any letter to say if i was declined or what. Just ghosted. I mailed other Mancosa email adresses, nobody responds. Just very very poor communication for a company you want to entrust in distance learning? Makes no sense. Lucky there are other options. With my dealings with Mancosa I will not recomend them.
