VERY DISSAPOINTED STUDENT :-(

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and assistance from Mancosa regarding my Isizulu assignment. I have been struggling to upload my assignment due to no upload button, I have sent numerous emails and have called so many times only to be told my matter will be escalated and end up with no feedback. Now they are responding saying I missed my submission and they cannot assist. This has been very frustrating and disappointing especially when I have paid my fees in full, recommended so many of my colleagues and this is the treatment that I get. I passed all my subjects with distinctions except for Isizulu, I got 83 for my exam and failed my assignment due to non submission as if it was my fault.

I really don't know what to do now because I have tried all resources to try and get assistance, the service team never checked my attached emails sent and screenshots which is my POE for submission.

Highly dissapointed student :-(
