Very disapointed with Mancosa

I have been requesting for my refund from this university since March, they have requested all sorts of documents from me which i furnished them and finally on the 25th of March they have sent me an e mail through their Ameer Bux to say they have received all documents and money will be in my account within 30 working days. After 30 working days that Ameer no longer know what happened to my refund and they start ignoring my e mails, requesting documents that i have submitted in March when they approved. The whole thing looks very ***** and unprofessional. One of ther agent even went to a point of advicing me to go to Hello peter becouse thats how they operate when it comes to refund and i am not the only one that they door treat like this. I am very disappointed with them because i have never expected something like this from them. I dont knoas to whether the strategy is to pay only those that go an extramile to look for their refunds or otherwise they wont pay. Thats quite a very ***** and dishonest way of doing business and treating customers
