Very bad poor service

I complained about the poor service at Mancosa through Hellopeter and as expected I received an email full of promises and when I followed up I received no feedback or a response. I have to put my studies on hold because I need to get my results to make a decision. That resulted in me not being able to register. I have had problems with Mancosa since I start registering with them and the Durban offices are the worst kind of people that I came across. They are rude and unhelpful and will drop the phone in your ear when you tell them the truth.
