Utterly disgusting service/ assistance from Mancosa

I missed the deadline for my KCQ and called in I was told “ oh well you need to re register for the subjects these are 4 subjects for semester 2 that I must pay up to R19000 for I refuse to do that. Refund me my fees I paid for Semester and I will go to another institution. If 1 KCQ is not completed then you fail the whole subject and need to re register this is utterly ridiculous. It happened to me in Semester 1 where I was just out with a few percents and had to re register for the subject although I passed my exams. Your process is terrible you guys need to relook at it.

And then you get the below response “ the Assessment Manager may consider a late submission at their discretion. ”
