Urgent

I am so frustrated. Yesterday I was writing for 5 hours and when i had to submit the system kicked me out until it says time and now I waisted my data my time . I tried calling student services more than a hour but couldn't get hold of anybody. I sent emails, whatsapp messages, used the freshdesk option and even raised a query on the Mancosa app. I still did not get a response. Even now no one has responded me.
