Urgent Assistance Required – Student Number & Missing Study Material

I have been trying to get in touch with someone at MANCOSA regarding my student number, but despite multiple emails, I have not received a response.

I have received my study materials, but my student number was not included. This prevents me from accessing the online platform. Additionally, I had requested that my registration details be sent to my personal email, as my work email filters MANCOSA messages, but I have yet to receive them.

Furthermore, I have noticed that one of the books, Introduction to Business Management, is missing from my study materials.
