Unsatisfactory Service
I have graduated last year November 2017. Our graduation ceremony was in May 2018 which I could not attend. I paid my money for my certificate to be delivered in August 2018.
I am still waiting for my certificate to be sent to me. I have phoned and emailed them numerous times, but no action.
