unreceived study material

I'm very disatisfied with the service offered by Mancosa , I registered in February 2021 for January intake but till today I have not received my study material , when ever I call I wait for more than 45 minutes which afterwards the call drops, their chat services is also ridiculous I have sent numerus messages requesting assistance with my study material but I don't ever receive correspondence, I want this matter sorted as I'm sure I have missed assignments since I have not started with studies, If I don't get any assistance i want my full refund student no 172408
