Unprofessional etiquette from MANCOSA

I recently completed my course with MANCOSA and needed a letter stating that I completed the course requirements and that I am simply awaiting graduation. I have since wasted R300 in airtime talking to student advisors who could not help me. They directed me to MANCOSA Online portal to download the letter. My prospective employer refuses this letter since part of the letter is cut off and it doesn't state the date of completion!!! I am truly embarrassed to be associated with this institution...
