Unprofessional and Incompetence - Nicole Chetty

I had an issue with uploading my documents as the documents I had uploaded were not certified, I spoke to my student advisor Nicole Chetty and sent her my documents for uploading on 17 Jan 2022, I have been making numerous phone calls and emails she promised to upload my documents, I have not received any feedback my password was changed so I don't even have access to application. I really wanted to study at MANCOSA however I have no interest anymore and would like my logins so I can retract my application and apply at a different institution.
