Unprofessional agents and lack of management intervention

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Mancosa over the past 3 months attempting to resolve a query / issue with them after numerous emails, logged the issue on the app and phone calls that I've been cut off and ignored. I have requested the matter be escalated to management for their invention to absolutely no avail. As we speak their systems are currently offline to access the recorded webinars and there has been numerous system glitches that we as student have to except. During exams their is numerous last minute system and submission changes, that we need to adapt too and accept. Payment of accounts on the app is not functioning for a number of months and when enquiring they are aware of the many issues and we must accept and understand. Mancosa agents completely block you from addressing issues that they are not capable to resolve and management intervention is required.
