Unpleasant Application Experience at MANCOSA

I recently app**** to MANCOSA, excited about the prospect of advancing my education. However, my experience during the application process has been far from satisfactory. One of the most significant issues I've encountered is the consistent unavailability of my assigned student advisor Nicole Chetty. I've reached out multiple times, only to be met with responses indicating that she is either not around, currently unavailable, or they cannot access her profile This lack of accessibility has been both disappointing and frustrating to this day i have not receive an update. In my view, clear and timely communication is crucial during any application process, particularly when it comes to higher education. The unresponsiveness and absence of support have left me feeling neglected as an applicant. I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future and hope that others will have a smoother experience with the application process at MANCOSA.
