Unmarked assessment complained closed without resolution
1. Mancosa deletes tickets without resolution. I submitted my assignment and shows on systems as unsubmitted when logging a ticket it was deleted. 2. Resubmission of assessments link not working, ticket deleted without resolution
In all this Mancosa expects payments for modules that are not marked.
