Unhappy Student

Please assist,

I wrote supplementary Economics 1A in August 2020/13 and uploaded or submitted on their website, but the subject is not updated on my statement of results and i did not get the results for this subject. I've sent Mancosa emails and made phone calls from last year with not feedback from them. I even sent to student support attached all email correspondence but i was told to re-register since they are claiming that i did not submit the exam.

secondly i had challenges to access financial reporting and analysis exam paper after done all necessary process that i was supposed to do and phone Mancosa but with no answer and i continued phoning until someone answered my call after about an hour or 2 and the exam was already started, then i was helped to access the exam paper which lead me to finish late and i couldn't upload the exam.

I app**** for an aegrotat on the myMANCOSA portal within 5 days of the final examination as was indicated on the email i received from Mancosa that any students who did not write or was unable to submit exam due to various reason they may apply for Supplementary/Aegrotat exam.

I made follow up's on my application but with no feedback from Mancosa,one of the students support asked to send to him so that he can send to submit my application on my behalf since i did not get any feedback after app**** online and still there was no feedback again after submitted all emails communications and attachments, and i could see my exam schedule on mymancosa connect under my profile, but on the day of exam i couldn't write the exam, the following i was i was on mymancosa connect “Dear Ruben Mangena, Please note that you are not eligible to write this Supplementary Online Summative Assessment. Thank You.”

I then went to one of the Mancosa branches in Johannesburg to get assistance and i was given email address to escalate the matter, which i did and the their response was to re-register for the modules.

I'm really not happy about how Moncosa are responding to queries, the time they take and how they are pushing their system mistake's to look like students are not following the process in return student's are held accountable for this issues and i was told to re-register for something that is not my mistake. Is really not fair.

To re-register is money again.
