Unhappy student

I must say this has been rather a long year, bundled with poor service from the institution I enrolled with, all in the name of wanting change and also believing they would be the best academic institution to move to and provide the change in high quality, not that I had issues with my previous institution. However this change came with me having to make calls, write emails, write complaints and so forth.... I must say every house has its problems, but when it involves money and time and stressing people, then its a different game-ball. I spent +50k this year because I wanted to get up-s****ed, however the ROI was rather stress, a very expensive stress! I hope the institution will be better next year
