Unhappy first-time student

Extremely rude lady at academic services refuses to help me. My student advisor is not help. I have 5 books on my prescribed text list which no store can find due to the incomplete titles given. She puts me on hold and then just ends the call, this has happened three times now. How am I supposed to prepare? as a first-time student I almost regret choosing Mancosa as my study institution as they care very little about first time students who are already nervous about the entire experience and then just get poor customer service to boot!
