Unfairly treated

I am student at MANCOSA which I am greatful for because they are ones of the best institutions, however this year being my first year, was a terrible year, studying under covid conditions and unfortunately for me I was one of the essential workers, so it was a never a lockdown for us, I failed an assignment and I was not aware that automatically when you fail they upload another assignment, there was no communication whatsoever, I sent an email to student services asking about the procedure of what needs to be done when u fail, had no one to talk to, because I called numerous times after I recieved the results and the calls were never answered, hence the email, eventually someone answered and they said I must log a ticket of which I did, and they still declined my request, mind u I had to pay half of my studies because my busary was only approved for 50% and that meant I had to pay for my other half, I only had a sight of my results few days back, so I feel I was unfairly treated
