UNFAIR TREATMENT BY MANCOSA

MANCOSA does not care about their students they only interested in making money. I was unable to submit my assessment on time , as on the submission day we had technical issues in the area that municipality was trying to sort and we were promised that , electricity will be back on the day. unfortunately the electricity came back after 4am the following day. Upon noting that the electricity was back i tried to upload my assignment on the system. Before you resubmit the system takes you to a page where you commit to pay a R250 for the submission and i did that, however when i tried to upload the assessment the portal just closed. I quickly launch my dilemma on service desk together with completed assessment as POE, however there was no response on the issue. I sent two emails to the institution and there was no response and I made a call to the institution about my issue and it was only after that call, i even got a response from them telling me that they cant do anything for me i must just register the module next year. My point is they understand that some of us are working and we are trying to juggle everything at one, my assessment was just late with few hours and they casually tell me sorry i must register next year and thats it, as if their institution is cheap. We work so hard to save money to study with this institution with a module costing +- R 5600.00 and we are not treated w2ith dignity. This is said and they honestly don't care about us. what about penalizing at list a few marks or make us pay a late submission fee instead of denying you the opportunity to complete your studies. Im honestly heart broken and would never recommend MANCOSA they are failing us.
