Unfair treatment, and lack of accountability by Mancosa staff.

Good day all.

I am writing this email with so much frustration and unsatisfactory regarding the lack of service I receive from Mancosa.

Last Semester, in May, I was told by Rookshana that a decision was made that I have to defer my work due to the teaching practice that I could not finish due to covid and schools closing. She forwarded me with information and I took it upon myself to find out what the deferral process stipulates.

I was then informed by a number of your employees that it means I will have to start over the entire semester modules in the next semester. I was doing Accounting specificalisation, Research in teaching and learning and Teaching practice.

I was told repeatedly, after sending a few emails and calling a number of times, that I cannot defer teaching practice only, the deferral affects the entire semester, meaning my other 2 modules as well.

In July, I thought I would find all 3 modules activated for me to resume my studies, but I only found teaching practice. Meaning, the Mancosa employees, knowing the deferral process as they told me in May and June, only activated the deferral for 1 module.

The assignment due dates have passed, and the situation at hand made it impossible for me to submit assignments.

Today, the 10th August 2021, I am being told a new story. Nondumiso called me to inform me that i have only deferred 1 module, the question is how? As it came from Mancosa to me that the deferral meant I have to defer the whole semester modules.

I am in this situation because of the information I have been getting from Mancosa employees. I was given incorrect information and I request that this be rectified. I have proof of all emails and I'm sure your calls are recorded as your automated systems always say.
