Unfair Treatment

I have since complaint about a penalty which was way too ridiculous for a 1st time offender, been asking for help for months now with no luck. Mancosa doesn't treat its student fairly, our FM3C assignment was wrongly marked and not moderated, we complained they took it back for review but till today the reviewed marks have not been updated on the marks details. My FM3A assignment marks on the marked scripts don't correspond with the marks on the marks details, they took forever to mark assignments & upload marks in the portal but because we are "only students" we have to understand & bear with them. but when a student does a mistake they are too quick to expel such. this is ridiculously unfair.
