I couldnt submit my Assignment due to ilness - was so sick couldnt even lift a s****. i called in 2days after the due date , submited the doctors papers(sick note etc) but their response was they only attend or allow a student only if you where admitted in hospitalised. in november they sent me timetable for the nov exams to write . i wrote my exams only to find out after the results that i passed the exam but they wrote FNS-Fail due to not submitting Assignment? why allow me to waste my time in preparing for the exams taking Study Leave at work etc only to say i failed i need to Re-Register? i need to take this up with the ombudsman kindly assist with their Contacts . i need to escalate this matter because it is really disturbing and considering you dont even have money but you are really trying to improve your Life -Sacrificing for a Better FUTURE.
