UNFAIR MARKING

Shocked and Disappointed!! Something just does not add up with my assignment re-submission marks for International Entrepreneurship. I failed the first attempt and was granted another opportunity. I used the feedback given in the marking guideline as to where I went wrong, since I was resubmitting the very same assignment for the second attempt I only removed the errors(wrong points) in my assignment. But SHOCKINGLY in the first attempt where I received 6/10 for one question I now received 0/10 mind you I submitted exactly the same answers just with a few more pointers thinking it might boost my previous marks. In another question where I followed the first attempts guideline as to why I received such a low mark, I got no points at all for adding all those suggestions made!!

So exactly how is this lecture marking, ,how does one submit the exact same paper with the same answers but this time not get credited at all.. I do not think this lecture knows what his doing and definitely fear that my exam will be a disaster. The worst part is the service received from the call center trying to get answers and get help with reviewing my paper.
