Unfair Delay in Registration Despite Sufficient Documents Provided

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and delays I have experienced from MANCOSA regarding my application for the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.

I submitted my application on the 9th of July 2025 and received no response or feedback until the 16th of July, when I followed up myself and only then I was told that there are documents that are missing. This delay in communication is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress.

I have submitted all the required documents, including official confirmation from UNISA that I have completed my Degree and accumulated the necessary 360 credits. I also provided a statement of results and a curriculum confirmation — which clearly show that my qualification is complete and currently undergoing final auditing (a standard process at UNISA). Despite all of this, MANCOSA continues to reject my application on the basis that my transcript reflects an "incomplete" status which is due to the internal auditing process, something beyond my control and clearly explained in the documents. I have done my part as an applicant, and yet I feel unfairly penalised because of procedural differences between institutions.

I would like to acknowledge Kimberley Pilane, who has genuinely been trying to assist me throughout this process. However, it seems she is not winning in resolving the issue possibly due to internal policy or lack of flexibility from decision-makers at MANCOSA.

This lack of understanding and inflexibility from MANCOSA is unacceptable and is causing unnecessary delays in my academic progression. I kindly request that MANCOSA review this matter urgently and apply fairness, especially considering that other institutions accept the same documents as sufficient for registration.

This experience is not what I expected from a reputable institution and I sincerely hope someone responsible will step in and resolve this.
