Unfair Assessment on my sons Web Development project

Both my sons submitted their Web Development assessment online and noticed that the link to his website was not working. As it was the last day, they submitted and raised tickets with student support. Upon numerous calls, only the one child was assisted, my 2nd son was promised that they looking into the query and will get back to him. Weeks go by, many phone calls to eventually be told that he missed the deadline to re-submit and to register again for the same subject. Clearly it was Mancosa's system error, where they help my one child and now penalising my 2nd one. The person he dealt with was Nomvelo. Absolutely no empathy, which is so disappointing! In my family, 3 of us are studying through this institution and you would think that you would get help knowing you were not at fault here. I will be seeking legal advice as this holds back my child's plan to continue with his degree by another year, again no fault of his :(. I will never recommend any friends or family to register with Mancosa after being treated unfairly.
