On the 25/01/18, I called in to find out the procedure for dissertation registrations. I was then emailed a ticket (60029) which mentioned that a representative will be in contact with me in 48 hours. Up till today 20/02/18 , I have not been contacted.

Further to this, I received an email on the 01/02/18 which showed to steps to be taken to do a registration via mymancosa.com. I went online and completed the registration. To date it now shows a status of "Authorisation".

In the entire process of all this I kept on trying to contact the Durban office. Calls go to voice prompt and after a while gets cut off.

As a leading institution in higher education is this your way of conducting business ?

I am an extremely disappointed student at present as all I require is to register for my Dissertation, receive the material and workshop dates and pay the fee's.
