Unanswered calls

If there was a -star I would go for that. I have been calling Mancosa Durban and Johannesburg and first there is no answer. I have been holding since 8am to get through to someone. I have an assignment due today and I cannot connect to my Mancosa Connect Portal. No one is sayin anything and no emails have been sent to let us know if there is a problem.
