Unable to write the second KCQ's because the system was under maintenance and I couldn't log on

I am so disappointed in the level of service I received from the students support from Mancosa, I had a challenge of not being able to log in to the system to write the second KCQ and I was given an error message that the system is under maintenance and it will be available on the 19th of April whereas my KCQ's were due on the 18th of April so I assumed we were going to be given an extension to submit the KCQ'sontacted Mancosa and the gentleman I spoke to gave me an email address to forward my request to be given an extension to write the second KCQ's and I got a ticket no and I was contacted by one of the consultants asking which modules and KCQ's do I need to write and I rep****, I never received any updates or responses to her and my exams start tomorrow I called the students support today and they told me I won't be given an extension and I won't be able to write the exams because I didn't write the KCQ's on time. I got a bursary at work because I can't afford to pay the fees myself, now if I don't write the exams it comes back as a fail and I will have to pay back my employer, it will have been fair if the mistake was on my side, I don't think I wouldn't attempt to write the KCQ's where I'm only required to get 20% I think my track record speaks for itself that I give my all to my studies.

I have a string of unanswered emails and I'm very hurt because this is a setback for me, all I wanted from Mancosa is a chance to write the second KCQ's so I will be able to write the exams and get my qualification in due time Thank you
