Title: Challenging Experience at Mancosa

I enrolled at Mancosa with high hopes for my academic journey, but unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly difficult.

Firstly, the systems in place at Mancosa are far from user-friendly. Navigating through the platform has been a constant struggle, with confusing interfaces and a lack of clear guidance on how to access essential resources.

In addition, the support provided by the student advisor has been lacking. Instead of receiving meaningful help and guidance, I have often been redirected and left to figure out critical issues on my own. It's frustrating to seek support and be met with more obstacles.

Another significant concern is the lack of timely communication and feedback. Queries go unanswered, and feedback on assessments and inquiries often come long after they are needed. This not only adds to the stress of being a student but also undermines the learning process and the ability to make necessary improvements.

Moreover, attempting to seek assistance through calls has proved to be an exercise in futility, with long wait times and frustrating interactions. Similarly, emails have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported.

Overall, my experience at Mancosa has been disheartening and has added unnecessary stress to what should be a fulfilling educational journey. I hope that my feedback can contribute to positive changes within the institution and improve the learning experience for current and future students.
