Three months later and marks still not updated

I was given an assignment to resubmit with only three questions, I submitted the assignment and paid the re-submission fee, when I received the marked assignment I noticed the examiner asked for the other two questions, I queried this with MANCOSA and it turned out that it was a scanning error on MANCOSA's side, they did not send me all the questions, they advised that I must submit the other two questions by COB on the same day and they will adjust my marks within three weeks, this was on the 26 June, I followed up telephonically after the three weeks and was advised that the lady that assisted me is on maternity leave, I continued to call and email but have not received any feedback to date and my results have not been adjusted.
