They not allowing to give me a date to write supplementary after I was sick on the day of the exam

I had to write a supplementary exams on the 4 August and unfortunately on the same day I was feeling well I went to the doctor and I have a valid doctor’s note upon speaking to them and showing them the note they are telling me that I need to reregister so that I can write the exam I mean you pay almost 5000 for one module and this was already a reregistration and the way they followed me to settle the fees however I am asking them to make me write a supplementary which I did not get the chance to write because I was sick they are telling to reregister.

I feel they only car about you paying the full amount for the module than paying for the supplementary they are in business of making money from student and not helping you You should put a structure for supplementary to write if you were sick or had any unforeseen circumstances, think of the student and not making money People don’t just pick up the 4700 which you will ask for to you it might be small money but not all of us have that money just lying around.
