The most expensive horrible service!

my student number is 143773 i am writing this review of bad service and ignorance from mancosa firstly their student support is never available and they will refer you to their chat service which is always not quick to respond and for some reason they are not sending me any communication to emails but i can get happy birthday message form them . clearly they still have my contact details they just don't bother to communicate i have to see face books posts about my course other student does get communication.
