Terribly Disappointed

I got a call from the marketing rep who then said she'll escalate my complaint to the relevant department..... Still waiting. Not sure if they do this on purpose but the system used to mark Financial planning and control disadvantages students. I've spoken to numerous people so I know for sure I'm not the only one sitting with this problem. Mancosa is a business and not a learning institution. They'll hound you for fees but do absolutely nothing in terms of supporting the student. Honestly wouldn't recommend that anyone studies with them

When making contact, who did they speak to? I was called by 1 person who said they would be escalating my call. Nobody called thereafter.

I still haven't received communication from Mancosa on my matter.

Today marks a whole week since I posted my complaint. Had this been a payment issue, this would have been attended to already. This is my problem with this institution. Zero support when it comes to student support and assessments.
