TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANCOSA DURBAN-FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE STUDENT ADVISORS...

Very poor service. student advisors trick you into joining the college, once you are enrolled you don't hear from them ever again and if there is a query, we cannot get ahold of anybody, just the voice prompts going on for over 30min on the telephone. And for students that already paid for their courses, there are no backpacks available for them. the two people that were at reception were too damn lazy to go and check with the recruiters if there are bags for the students, they just shun students away, and these students are coming from far and wide with there books in packets. Mancosa should also approach Interpark to discount the students that attend classes on certain days. Their rates are ridiculous.
