Terrible Service from MANCOSA

I wrote my exam Business Management 3B in November 2018 (Student Number 502893), and I was told my paper got lost. I emailed them proof (The exam receipt that is signed by both me and the invigilator when you hand in your paper). I have spoken to Lynn.*******, logesh.govender and Nondumiso Mafu. They all promised to look into to it and to this day none of the have bothered to call nor email me to keep me updated of their so called investigation.
