TERRIBLE SERVICE BY THE GRADUATIONS DEPARTMENT

I have been trying to get assistance with my academic transcripts as I am applying to study at a law school in the US, I have been sent from pillar to post it is so frustrating to think that I am struggling to obtain assistance after having graduated a few years back I am at a point whereby I am going to have to ask the school I am applying to that they cancel MANCOSA from my profile because this institution is not going to be able to send them my transcripts.
