Terrible service and poor administration

I'm really sick and tired of coming here to write a negative review about this Institution, seemingly they just don't care to resolve student queries at all.

I sent a request for a remark 1st week of December for Short Assignment, no one ever responded to my query and results were released end of December. Now next thing in Feb I get a notification via email that I owe this Institution money for the remark. I'm like how, when there was no one that ever contacted me regarding this - or hear what is it that I'm not happy about with the results I got.

Now my final results are not released because of this, ne ne I'm really convinced that this Institution is just a money making scheme - that has absolutely no regard for students. When they see us, they just see money that's all.
