Terrible service

There was a technical error during my Managerial Economics assignment submission and I notified the student services then a advisor by the name Nondumiso was allocated for ticket 523642 and was quick at escalating the matter to her seniors but its been two weeks now and they haven't rep**** to her. She as well don't reply on her email and when you call you don't get assistance as well. Really disappointed with the service, specially with the fees we pay......
