Terrible experience with MANCOSA

My name is Zuko Mabope. I registered with Mancosa couple of years ago. I unfortunately had to defer and later cancel due to personal reasons. I requested a refund (I was being sponsored by my employer), the refund was agreed to be paid in July last year by Mancosa directly to my employer's account. Mancosa has not paid a cent. Currently my employer is demanding the money back and or I will be facing collection agencies and costs. Mancosa is deliberately ignoring me - when I call they put me on hold until the phone cuts. When I email they simply do not answer.
