Terrible experience with Antonette from Mancosa

I called Mancosa to ask certain things about my course and the lady I spoke to was so rude and didn't even want to hear what I called to ask about. Continued to be rude even when I asked for her name because I was not happy about the way she was talking to me, she even asked if I wanted her to spell her name out in a most horrible attitude, she said her name was Antonette, I tried sending an email and even complained on X/Twitter, I never heard anything from Mancosa, which makes me feel that Mancosa really doesn't care about their students, I'm a new student and that response made wonder if this is the type of service Mancosa prides themselves on with paying students.
