Terrible Customer Service

<p>Everytime myself or another employee calls Mancosa - DBN for a query regarding a course, those student advisors have such a lousy attitude, its not like they are doing the public or possible future student a favour.</p> <p>A senior person at the Durban branch needs to shape up their so called "student advisors" before they they get more complaints about their ****py attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p>
