Terrible Administration

I've been with Mancosa since 2018 and had no problems up until this year. I don't understand how one institution can give students so many problems with regards to administration. My first issue started with registering for the July 2019 intake. I was told I would be attending normal classes as a full time student only to find out that they did not offer full time classes for my course in the July intake. It took me calling and phoning everyday and finally going there twice to sort it out.

My second problem with Mancosa again deals with administration. It's been more than a month and I have not received my one project mark back. I have called and emailed them and have been giving me the run around. No one can explain to me why I have not yet received it.

I feel that this is a money making institution who could care less about their students needs. A lot of the people who work there are not equipped to be there.
