Submitted assignments but failed due to non-submission :-(
I am saddened that this is the route I have to go to get answers but unfortunately, it seems as if mancosa doesn't take their students seriously.
In February my dad was ******ed which was an emotionally stressful time for me, I called in requesting an extension on my assignments which was approved.
I handed in all four my assignments but to date two module (Financial management 3C & 3F) marks are outstanding, one (3C) of which was stated that I have failed due to non-submission of assignment. i have called, emailed, spoken to numerous people who all keep asking how I submitted my assignments. After I inform them via email, they say they have referred my query to the assignments department. I was requested to resubmit with proof of acknowledgement of receipt which I have done but still nothing.
Also, if I had failed one of the assignments, we are given the option to resubmit but due to the delay in the marking of my assignments I don't know if I will be given the option even though it is a delay on their part.
I would really appreciate if my assignments could be marked and if I did fail one or both that I be given the opportunity to resubmit as I would have been if my assignments were marked already.
I have been sending MANCOSA emails and calling everyday but to no avail. I still have not had any assistance.

Also, on the 24/05/2019 at 15h08 I called in and spoke to Precious.I asked her if I should write the supplementary exams for 3C and she stated that because there is a delay in the marking of assignments that I did not need to and that I will be given another date to write FM 3C when the assignments have been marked. I called again on 13/06/2019 at 9:49am and spoke to Wesley who confirmed the above. How do I go about writing the supplementary exams as people are already currently rewriting.
i have mailed student services but sadly this seems to be the only avenue, MANCOSA responds to students.
